The Coaching Packages below are an illustration of what coaching could look like for you, and the modules described are only examples of what we could cover. There are no prescribed topics.
You determine the content of the sessions, based on your goals and where you would like to get to.

Group coaching
Group coaching engages a diverse group of team around a shared theme or goal, eg. managing stress or reducing anxiety. The focus is on personal learning within a collective setting, leveraging collective knowledge, peer learning, support and accountability.
My group coaching programme, Managing Stress for Wellbeing, is a 6 session programme which supports participants to:
- increase their stress awareness and understand that stress is personal
- identify personal stressors and their impact
- learn and practice emotional regulation techniques such as mindfulness and grounding
- identify and put in place healthy boundaries, to say ‘No’ without feeling guilty
- develop the skills to challenge and reframe unhelpful and negative thought patterns
- create a personalised stress management plan which works for you
